The short version

Feednetic is a WordPress plugin that shows Instagram and Facebook posts on your website. The plugin runs on your server and keeps its data in your WordPress database. We never sell personal data.

What the plugin collects

When you connect an account, Feednetic gets read-only access to your profile details (name, username, picture, followers, bio) and your posts (images, videos, captions, links, dates, likes and comments). This data stays on your website and is used only to show your feeds. Feednetic never posts or sends messages for you.

The login service

Connecting an account goes through our login service at connect.feednetic.io. It passes the access token straight to your website and doesn’t store tokens or account data. Basic technical logs are kept for up to 14 days to prevent abuse.

Your website’s visitors

The plugin stores images on your own server, so your visitors load them from your website, not from Meta.

This website

When you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply. This website uses necessary cookies and analytics to understand how pages are used. Analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify you.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the providers we need to run Feednetic (hosting, email, analytics) or when the law requires it.

Deleting your data

Disconnect an account in Feednetic to delete its token and posts from your website, or delete the plugin with “Delete all Feednetic data” turned on. See Data Deletion Instructions for details.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be corrected or deleted at any time. We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page.
