Data Deletion Instructions

Feednetic stores your Instagram and Facebook data only in your own WordPress website. Our login service does not keep access tokens or account data. You can delete everything yourself in a few steps.

1. Disconnect an account in Feednetic

1. In your WordPress admin, open Feednetic → Accounts.
2. Open the menu next to the account and choose Disconnect.
3. Confirm.

This deletes the account’s access token, profile details, posts and downloaded images from your website.

2. Delete all Feednetic data

1. Open Feednetic → Settings and turn on Delete all Feednetic data when the plugin is deleted.
2. Go to Plugins, deactivate Feednetic and delete it.

This removes all accounts, feeds, posts, images and settings created by Feednetic.

3. Remove Feednetic’s access in Meta

Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find Feednetic and choose Remove.

Instagram: go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find Feednetic and choose Remove.

After this, Feednetic can no longer read data from your account.

4. Ask us

If you can’t access your website, or want us to delete our technical logs, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. We’ll delete the data and confirm within 30 days.
